What is the cost to join?
There is no cost to join to become a standard member. However, in order to use our full service, you must upgrade your membership.
Is my membership refundable if I cancel?
Your membership IS NOT refundable regardless of what types of membership you have. You membership will remain active until the term ends. However, if you?re on an extended membership (three and six months, year) and want to cancel your membership, you are only entitled to rejoin ParsDating.com.com at any given time during your membership duration and resume your status.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Major Credit or Debit Card via our secure server. Please contact us for other forms of payments.

How do I join?
There are 2 steps to join.
1) Simply click on the? Join Now? Button and you will be directed to the registration form. You must read our Term of Use before proceeding.
2) Once you submit your information, you must check your email and follow the instruction in order to confirm your account activation.

Does my account gets approve automatically?
No, once you have confirmed your account activation, your account is only in ?approval? status. This means that your account, including photos that you have uploaded, will not be visible to the public until your status is manually set to ?active? by our administrator team after a review of your information.

I forgot my password, what do I do?
Simply click on ?Log In? at the top menu from our main page. Click on the ?Forgot? on the right side of the password field and enter in your email address. Your username and password will automatically be sent to your email account.

How do I change my password, email address and other personal information ?
From your Member Main Menu, click on ?My Profile?, scroll down until you find your desired field. Click ?Save Changes? once you have properly entered the new information.

How do I extend my membership?
On your Member Main menu, click on ?Control Panel?; you will then see a small window on your right side labeled ?Member Info?. Click on the desired membership options to extend your membership.

Can I temporarily hide my profile from viewers?
Yes, you can by clicking on ?My Profile? from the Member Main Menu, then click on the ?Suspend Account? at the top-center of the page.

How do I search for other members ?
There are 4 ways you can search for other members
1) Search by Distance
Select proper field and type in your zip code
2) Search by ID
Enter in the ID of the member
3) Search by Userename
Enter in the nickname of the member
4) Detailed Search
You can extend your search by selecting the desired proper field.

How do I use Instant Messenger?
Once you have logged on, search through members and click on the desired thumbnail picture. On the? Custom Menu?, click on ?Private Message?. A small pop-up window will appear to confirm that the user has been added to the instant messenger. Click on the user nickname from the? Private Messages? Window to initiate the chat.

How do I send email to members?
There are 2 ways you can send messages to members.
1) If Username is known:
On the Member Main Menu, click on? Communicator?, then ?New Messages?
2) If Username is unknown :
From search result page, click on the? Contact? Icon of the desired profile.

How do I receive email from other members?
Incoming messages from other members will automatically be placed in your ?My Inbox? on the Member Main Menu under ? Communicator?.

How do I set my photos private so that they are made available only to members with a password?
1) Click on ?Upload Photos? from Member Main Menu. Check the box ?Private photo? next to your desired photos that you want to set private.
2) Set a password: Click on ?My Profile? from Member Main Menu. From your profile information form, scroll down to the very bottom of the form to the field ?private photo password?

What is a private photos password?
A special feature that members have the option to use to restrict the public from viewing their photos by setting a password-protected to those photos. Pictures are available only to members with the password. Members can request for a password from the owner by sending a message.

What is matchmaking?
A unique feature that calculates to see if members have the criteria of what you are looking for such as, gender, age range, height, body type, relationship, education, income, etc..The results are displayed on the search result page near the thumbnail photo as a percentage from the perfect match.

What is cupid mail?
It is an automatic e-mail notification send to members every time a new member joins whose matchmaking percentage is not less than a given number.

What is a Flirt?
It is a unique feature that allows member to directly send a ?virtual kiss, or crush? Message to members. If he/she is interested in you after viewing your profile then he/she will return the kiss and contact you.

It is a list of members whom you are interested in.

It is a list of members whom you do not want to be contacted.

What kind of chat software do you use?
We use Flash Chat. Flash Chat is a Flash-based chartrooms that uses Flash MX technology, with PHP/MySQL to run the backend engine. Flash Chat does NOT require any other server components, like Java, nor does it require any special server extensions.
