Joining ParsDating.com is free; however later if you wish to communicate or in contact with other members and/or have full access to our Service, you must subscribe to our Platinum Membership plan set out on the Member main control panel menu under ‘Membership'.

ParsDating.com usage and/or subscription fees may change from time to time. These changes are effective upon notice to the user.

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by contacting us of your written or email notice of termination. However, Pars Dating will not refund any subscription fees and your membership will remain active until the end of your subscription period.

ParsDating.com reserves the right to terminate your membership by removing your profile at any time, for any reason. Upon such termination by Us, we shall send notification to your email address provided during your registration process. If ParsDating.com terminates your membership/subscription due to a breach on your part of the Terms of Service, you are not eligible for any refund of current or any unused subscription fees.

PAYMENT AND BILLING:

You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete information as required by the subscription process (“Subscription Data”), including your legal name, address, telephone number, email and billing information (e.g., credit number and expiration date). You agree to allow use to share your Subscription Data with third parties for verification on the information you provide and charge your credit card to your account. Payment for our subscriptions may be made by credit card or other means by which Pars Dating authorizes.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:

ParsDating.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the provided Service. ParsDating.com contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, other proprietary information, and intellectual property of ParsDating.com . Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which You have been given permission, You will not copy, alter, publish, transmit, distribute, display, and sell any such proprietary information.

You warrant and represent to Us that the information posted in Your profile including Your photographs and video are posted by You and that You are the exclusive author of Your profile. And the exclusive owner of Your photographs and video.

By posting anything to the site including written matter, photographic images, or video, or content to any of Our public area, You automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that You have the rights to that material and grant ParsDating.com a permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, publish and distribute such information including for promotional or other purposes, and you give consent to sublicenses of the same.

NON COMMERCIAL USE BY MEMBERS:

ParsDating.com is strictly intended for the private use of Members, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. Businesses, organizations, and/or companies are prohibited from becoming Members. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, which includes using the website to send unsolicited email to the Members and unauthorized framing of or linking to the site will be investigated and prosecuted criminally, civilly and seeking injunctive rectification.

INDEMNITY:
